A Celebration of Culture + Color
Join us Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 6-10pm for a spectacular night out on the town to celebrate the breadth of art and artists in North Carolina at Art Bash! Art Bash 2025 includes gallery exhibitions, private and live collecting opportunities, art experiences, and gourmet bites, and a curated live art bid.

Meet the Honorary Co-Chairs
Shawn Brewster
Shawn Brewster is a curator with The Mahler Fine Art, assisting in building art collections for private, corporate and public institutions. She is past president of NC State’s Gregg Museum of Art & Design FOG board and is a past member of the Arts NC State Board. Shawn enjoys her non profit work as co-coordinator of the Moroccan & American Art Exchange artists residency held in both Morocco and North Carolina.
Along with supporting the the visual arts, Shawn’s loving passion project has been producing the music festivals Noir Bizarre, I have a DreamPop 2021, featuring the Veldt and Greg Tate, and Noir Bizarre Electric Underground Railroad 2023 a two-day 16-band Shoegaze music festival.
Kaleah Smith
As an art enthusiast and budding collector, Kaleah Smith is thrilled to co-chair Art Bash 2025. Kaleah has always been drawn to the arts, believing in the transformative power of creativity to inspire and uplift. Through Art Bash, Kaleah aims to support emerging artists, foster a deeper appreciation for art in the community and raise funds to ensure people of all ages, cultures, and abilities have the opportunity to create, learn, and explore meaningful art experiences.

Can’t attend Art Bash, but still want to support? You can bid in the silent auction virtually from November 7 – 15. You’ll get an email any time you are outbid.
Silent auction winners will be announced November 17 and pick-up will be scheduled at your convenience.
Carolina Kaleidoscope
The theme of the evening is Carolina Kaleidoscope: a Celebration of Culture and Color.
Art Bash celebrates the rich creative culture of our state and the artist communities who make it all possible. Our featured exhibition this year will be Carolina Roots, guest juried by Laura Ritchie and Mavis Gragg. This biennial exhibition celebrates artists from rural North Carolina counties, bringing perspectives of artists from underrepresented places into focus.

Mission
Artspace has a mission to inspire positive community impact through art. We believe art should be celebrated and valued as an essential part of our vibrant and healthy communtiy.
Audience
Join up to 400 fellow art collectors, studio artists, makers, and visionaries in support of North Carolina creativity in our historic building in downtown Raleigh. From rising stars in tech industries, leaders of growing businesses, and corporate CEOs to emerging and master artists, and the individuals who support them – we will unite at this spectacular party to connect artists with our collecting guests. Through social media, the audience expands across the Triangle with 23,000+ followers engaged on our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels and 72,000+ unique website visitors annually.
Fundraising Goal
With a goal to raise $150,000 at the event, proceeds will help ensure people of all ages, cultures, and abilities have the opportunity to create, learn, and explore meaningful art experiences: from summer art camp scholarships, one-of-a-kind youth and adult classes, unique exhibitions, to our visual artist residencies, mobile art van, and more, your support makes possible the joy, creativity, and connection the arts offer across the mosaic of communities in our area.
