TEEDGRA CARTER is a visual Art teacher for Southern Wake Academy. She has been teaching for 17 years. Carter has a Bachelors in Fine Arts, Masters in Fine Arts, and a Masters in Art Education. When Carter was 9 years old, she knew that she wanted to be an artist. Carter’s dream has always been to open her own art studio, which she did 2014-2018, and recently started again. She shares to “remember to never give up on your dreams.”
