Inge Wright is an American artist, born in Austria. She attended the University of Texas and Colorado State University receiving a BA in art from the University of South Alabama. Wright lived the last 25 years in England where she took printmaking classes at the London Central School of Art and Design. While there, she taught classes for adults and children. Her work is held in private and public collections here and abroad, including the collection of Richard Branson.
Since returning to the States, Wright works mostly in mixed media, taking her inspiration from nature and environmental issues. She lives with her husband, who is a writer, in Cary NC.
