Call for Art in Gallery One and Gallery Two
The call for submissions in Gallery One and Gallery Two is closed. It will reopen Summer 2018.
All entries must be submitted through www.callforentry.org (CaFÉ).
Artspace is seeking innovative work for solo and/or group exhibitions from artists working in all media for Gallery One and Gallery Two. Both emerging and established artists are eligible. We welcome applications from professional artists throughout the US and internationally. Exhibitions will be scheduled beginning September 2016 through 2018.
Exhibitions typically run for 6-8 weeks with an opening reception being held during First Friday Gallery Walks. Many exhibits include an artist’s talk or demonstration. Exhibits are free and open to the public. All exhibitions are supported through press, insurance coverage, and small stipends to support the work of artists. Artspace creates an essay and brochure for each exhibition. While Artspace emphasizes the educational aspect of the exhibitions, works of art may be for sale. Artspace takes a commission of 40% on works sold in our galleries.
Artspace’s gallery space is fully accessible and we strive to make the submission process accessible for artists as well. We encourage anyone to submit for our open calls for art. If you need any additional information or accommodations in order to enter a call for art please contact Annah Lee at 919.821.2787 or email@example.com.
