Jenkins is a contemporary impressionist artist. She holds BA degrees in music and education. Her art studies include classes with Joe Cox, past professor at NC State University and numerous workshops including a recent study with Gale Bennett in Giverny, France. She is a charter member of Artspace and exhibits with Somerhill Gallery, Chapel Hill, NC.
